What is the 365-Day Booking Guarantee?
If you do not receive a qualifying direct or tracked booking within 365 days of active use, you can submit a guarantee claim under the program terms. We track real signals such as QR scans, booking clicks, direct bookings, rebate-assisted bookings, and return visits.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan a QR code and access your property information instantly in their browser. No app download, no account creation required.
What languages are supported?
The platform interface ships in 8 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese. Guest-facing content can be provided in any language you add to your property details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Google OAuth, MFA support (TOTP or hardware keys), ClamAV malware scanning, EXIF stripping, VPN detection, disposable email blocking, device fingerprinting, encrypted data, GDPR compliant.
